The North Aurora Mothers Club is proud to organize our 8th Annual North Aurora Community Parade: 20 Years of Community Pride, and we invite you to be a part of our community celebration!
The parade features North Aurora businesses, clubs, friends and neighbors with floats from schools, restaurants and organizations in the village and neighboring towns. We have exciting changes this year, including a new timeframe and route of the parade to accommodate the participation of more groups.
The following will march in our parade: West Aurora High School Blackhawk Marching Band, West Aurora High School Dance Team, Flat43 BMX Team, Ozzie and Annie Kane County Cougar mascots, A Step Above Dance Academy, Moves Dance Studio, Soleunique Dance Complex, The Attic Dance Studio, Top-Pick Athletics Co., SwimLabs, Kickers Soccer Club, North Aurora Football Club, Hobson Plumbing, Allstate-Collins Insurance Agency, Chang Lee Taekwondo Club, Colonial Cafe & Ice Cream, Eden’s Supportive Living, Messenger Public Library, North Aurora Landscaping Inc., Raimondo’s, SciTech Museum, McDonalds, North Aurora, 4H (North Aurora Narwhals), Cub Scout Pack 301 (Goodwin), Cub Scout Pack 302 (Fearn), Girl Scout Daisy Troop 2099 (Fearn), and Girl Scout Troop 550 (Fearn). More to be announced this week!
The parade date is Sunday, September 17th, 2017 at 3:00 pm. We will be starting at Blessed Sacrament parking lot at 801 Oak Street for the parade riders. The parade will continue east on Oak Street to Willoway, then west on Harmony Drive, and the parade will conclude with a North Aurora Mothers Club sponsored after party at Goodwin Park.

Parade Rules and Safety guidelines are included in the application document.
*Business, commercial and political entries are asked to give a participation donation of $25.00 to help offset the cost of the parade. This donation may be made with a check, (payable to North Aurora Mothers Club) or online using PayPal link.

Parade King & Queen Scholarship Contest
EXTENDED DEADLINE ~ Interested in a college scholarship? Enter the 2017 North Aurora Mothers Club King & Queen Contest! The North Aurora Mothers Club will award two $1,000 scholarships, one each to the King and Queen to be presented at North Aurora Days. All applications must be postmarked no later than SUNDAY, APRIL 30th. For North Aurora residents or West Aurora High School seniors. Download the application for more information:
